In case of weight control, it is recommended to replace one meal a day with two meals a day for effective weight loss. If you consume it instead of just one meal, it should be breakfast to kick-start the day with a dynamic start… or an early dinner (3-4 hours before bedtime) because it exerts its most beneficial effects in the restful state of night’s sleep.

Add 27 g, or about 2 heaped tablespoons, to 2.5 -3 dl of plant-based drink (e.g. rice or almond drink), water or milk (or a mixture). To achieve the optimal consistency, shake for 15-30 seconds in a hand shaker, or simply blend in a blender!

You can control the thickness by adding more liquid. This way, you can either spoon it or drink it.

The product mixes easily and can be consumed immediately.

Recommendation: You can add fresh or frozen fruit to give it an even more distinctive, fuller, fresher flavor! Adding a few drops of ground almond oil can make it even creamier and softer!
