Why is Flaxseed oil special?
The nutritional value of specially fermented and germinated flaxseed increases by breaking down certain substances that inhibit digestion (e.g. the polysaccharide-based pectin protective shell, other cyanides, etc.) and breaking down large macromolecules (e.g. fatty acids) into smaller parts. Some of the nutrients are thus converted into a form that is easier for the body to absorb, which is why they are better utilized and require less energy to use. In addition, useful substances are synthesized, such as enzymes, vitamins, and proteins.
It is extremely rich in essential fatty acids, such as Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an Omega-3 fatty acid that is vital for our body, and has an exceptionally high content of vitamin E, which ensures a much longer shelf life, does not go rancid, and does not need to be refrigerated.
Why choose Flaxseed oil?
Extremely high Omega-3 content (52 m/m %) due to:
promotes the formation of ideal cholesterol levels
supports the immune system
helps the nervous system function
is an excellent maintainer of the heart and vascular system
helps the blood transport oxygen
regulates the hormonal system
Thanks to its vitamin E content, it prevents the formation of free radicals and binds existing oxidative free radicals, which in the meantime slows down the aging process.
Due to the special germination of flaxseed, at least 15-25% of the oil is converted into diglycerides (DAG).
Diglycerides actively help the absorption of oil and the utilization of its energy content, but diglycerides are not incorporated into adipose tissue, but are utilized as energy in the body, so those who want to lose weight can safely consume them.
